On of the things that I'm finding a bit hard in my recovery is that I'm so sleepy all the time! I keep reminding myself that it's best to listen to my body and surrender to what it wants and needs, but my brain wants to think about what should be done!

I'm keeping a notebook on the ideas for things to do - painting the side room, craft ideas, books to read, papers to get organized - but taking those naps, helping my body heal.
