CNN has this article Dalai Lama condemns practice of seeking converts - I'm looking for the full text of His Holiness' remarks as well. I'll guess that he doesn't support conversion to Buddhism either - he's given some talks on that before.

My point of view is that it's not necessary to change from any religion, since all religions and paths have the potential to help any of us find Truth. I have some thoughts I hope to be putting online in Luminous sometime soon about just that.
