I was honored to present at NHPCOs National Leadership Conference in 1999 talking about how individual hospices can develop a Quality Plan that will address issues of patient care and improving outcomes. It was great fun to go to Washington D.C. and address people from all over the country - and pretend that it was an everyday kind of thing!
