I can't wait to get this CD - A Love Affair the music of Ivan Lins. I love jazz, and Brazillian jazz has always been an influence in my life. Especially growing up in the early seventies - disco and the like were so terrible that I resorted to listening to music my Dad liked! As a result, I fell in love with Wes Montgomery, Frank Sinatra, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and sang "the standards" as my Dad called them.
