We've been battling fleas at our house! GGrrrrr.... I hate fleas! Some of the herbal and more natural remedies do work, like putting a shallow bowl of water out for them to jump into and salt works - it's odd to see the little speck in the salt with a circle around it of its fluids drained out. But we were over-run on Saturday and had to break out the big guns after cleaning like maniacs.

After a ton of work, and trying hard not to be too over-zealous (we have a baby kitten, the gerbils, and a grouchy cockateil to try not to poison), I think the worst is finally over. Not before I put Advantage on myself in a fit of desperation, though!
