I love clouds - the Tibetans use the pure blue field of the sky as a metaphor for enlightenment - the clouds representing the impermenent nature of our thoughts. When I spent some time on the beach recently, it was wonderful to drink in the skyscapes - the many types of clouds and the changes the sky reveals over the ocean.

When I was a kid, my sister and I would lie on our backs and look at the clouds, trying to see shapes in them. She always saw all sorts of shapes, but I never could - I always wound up seeing "cloud" instead of dog or bunny or flower. On the trip to the beach this last time, I did finally see a cloud that looked like the shape of a sea horse! :)

I found a cute site about clouds as I was playing on the computer today - Cloudyskies.net
