I watched the movie, Raise the Red Lantern for the first time today. I was completely lost in its imagery, color, and story. I sat outside for a long time after it was over, just letting the cool breeze wash over me and the beauty and sadness of it swirl in my head.

I definately want to watch it again to catch more of the details - I would love to see it in a real theater someday. Amazingly wonderful!
