What a lovely morning! Going about morning chores, sipping coffee, catching up on the news of the day: hearing a wonderful, adult, educated discussion of presidential history as it relates to what is happening this month from Doris Kerns Goodwin and William Safire; sitting quietly for a few minutes in the clear blue breezy sunshine - all everyday things, yet when approached mindfully they are made special.

A good reminder to me to walk each moment of each day with equinemity.
