I'm currently reading Start Where You Are by Pema Chodron. I'm really enjoying her down-to-earth style, and especially finding her teachings on tonglen meditation to be so helpfull. This is an especially important time, I think, to learn to deal with feelings of fear, anger, and violence.

I'm new to learning about Tibetan Buddhism and was first introduced to Pema Chodron's teachings from a sampler tape from Sounds True. I really liked her voice and neat examples.
